We know you will be happy with your bike. If for any reason you are not, let us know and we'll make it right or you may return it. Return it in original condition—new and packaged as you received—within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Email us at bikesdirectbikes@aol.com or fax request to 904-249-3987 for proper return instructions. All associated shipping costs, inbound and outbound, are the responsibility of the customer. Order cancellations after shipment has been made and returns not due to our error are refunded less our outbound shipping costs.
All Sales are final after 30 days. Returns and exchanges cannot be made on items past 30 days from purchase date.
Returns/Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, you must return the first item as you received it with original parts/packaging and place a new order. Replacements are shipped after receiving the return(s) in new condition.
Inspection: Please inspect the item before assembly or discarding any packaging. Returned items that arrive damaged, used or otherwise not as-new and/or without original packaging are refunded less fees as follows:
For best return results, retain all packing materials for at least 30 days.
We do not cover incidental or consequential damages in connection with the timing of delivery or product description or function.
Assembly/Labor: Costs including but not limited to assembly fees incurred by the customer's own volition are not covered. If you pay for parts and labor on your own, we won’t pay for it unless we specifically authorized it.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state or country.
Q: I see a lower price for an item I purchased. Can I get a credit?
A: Items are put on sale for various reasons. If the lower price is for in-stock product in the exact same make, model, size, color, and condition as your item—and was purchased within the last 30 days—email us a link to that item with your receipt. Credit cannot be given if the items are not identical, are out of stock, or past 30 days from purchase.
