Most riders fit as follows:
46cm - 5'4" to 5'7 standover = 29.3"
49cm - 5'8" to 5'11 standover = 30"
52cm - 5'11" to 6'2 standover = 32.1"
55cm - 6'2" to 6'5 standover = 32.7"

This is a guide, please consult the geometry chart as needed. Between sizes? Size down for lower handlebars, more straddle room/short arms/legs. If you size up, you may touch the top tube when you straddle the bike. Size up for long arms/legs/torso.
Sizing is a personal preference, the final choice is up to you
